Delicious Boovanahalli Chicken

Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serves 4

• 500 gms – Boneless Life line’s Tender chicken
• 1 tbsp – Ginger and Garlic paste
• 1 1/2 tbsp – Black pepper powder
• 3 Tbsp – yogurt (curd)
• 3 Tbsp – butter
• Salt to taste

1. Marinate chicken with ginger and garlic paste, 1 tbsp peper powder,curd and salt for at least half an hours.
2. Heat the pan and add butter ,remaining pepper powder and then add the marinated chicken, mix well and close the pan.
3. Keep on a low heat(flame) for 10 to 12 minutes.Remove when it turn lightly brown in colour all the side.
4. Serve hot with pudina chutney.
